Our passenger service agents are thoroughly trained professionals who accommodate passengers’ needs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The main Departure Control System we use throughout the entire network is Amadeus Altea. However, a variety of 12 other systems is also widely used and supported according to our customers’ preferences.

Ticket Sales Desks are available in the entire network in Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria (both terminals in Sofia). The one at the Athens International Airport is located in the Main Terminal Building, at the Departure level.
